Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tow truck to assist motorists by transporting vehicles to nearby garages or designated locations
• Tow vehicles that have been parked or left illegally as required
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor with every interaction
• Manage time effectively to provide prompt and reliable assistance to customers
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned tow truck

Qualifications

• Valid Class C driver's license
• Experience in roadside assistance or operating a flatbed truck is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Compensation

Compensation: Commission-based pay structure, earning 1/3 of the cost of each tow, with a guaranteed minimum of $650 per week.
