responsibilities:
- Prepare thorough, compliant investigation reports and structured root cause analyses in accordance with established quality standards.
- Analyze historical production records and manufacturing batch documentation to extract data-driven insights into current processes for Our Client.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing personnel to determine optimal document formats and incorporate procedural best practices.
- Utilize internal software systems, including ERP, Enterprise Quality Management Systems, and Document Management Systems, to gather and analyze investigation data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Practical Process Improvement (PPI) systems to optimize operational workflows.
