-Tasting room and sales 3 days per week PART-TIME
-Tasting room + Cellar 5 days a week FULL-TIME

We are a small producer of quality wine in Santa Ynez, CA. We are looking for 1-2 people to add to our team, mainly to work in our Los Olivos tasting room 3 - 4 days per week as well as lead private tastings at our small estate winery situated on our vineyard property. This position can be FULL or PART-TIME. For full time, the optimal candidate would also work 1-2 days per week in the cellar.

Duties will include all day to day operations of the tasting room; opening/closing, pouring wine, sales, register, stocking, data entry, daily accounting, maintaining facilities, winery events and education. In the cellar duties will include; Harvest, wine production, vineyard work, barrel maintenance, topping, stocking, bottling, cleaning and more cleaning.

Prior tasting room/winery experience can be beneficial, but we can train the right candidate. Most important is a good understanding of service and taking care of people. If you are excited to sell wine and experience work in all aspects of a small wine operation, then this could be the job for you. We can help the right candidate find housing near by if necessary. With tips, past employees have averaged $35 per hour.

Qualifications Required:

•    Minimum 21 years of age
•    Basic math skills (weights, volumes, measurements)
•    Valid driver's license
•    Ability to work long hours, weekends, and overtime during harvest
•    Intermediate computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
•    Experience with winery or wine club management software

Physical Requirements
•    Lift up to 50 lbs independently
•    Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, squatting
•    Comfortable working in wet, noisy, and fast-paced environments
•    Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
•    Exposure to machinery, chemicals, and production equipment
•    Variable temperatures and weather conditions
