We are seeking a Senior SRE Engineer with 8+ years of experience in site reliability, automation, and production operations. The ideal candidate will focus on improving system reliability, reducing operational overhead, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and improve system reliability and customer experience.
Design, code, test, and deliver solutions to automate manual operational tasks and reduce TOIL .
Define and manage SLOs and SLIs with product and platform owners.
Track reliability performance and ensure systems consistently meet agreed SLOs.
Participate in production support and on-call rotations , including weekends/holidays when required.
Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Create dashboards and reports to communicate reliability metrics.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Promote reliability best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with product, platform, and IT monitoring teams.

Required Skills

8+ years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience.
Strong experience with system reliability, monitoring, and automation .
Hands-on experience with SLOs, SLIs, and reliability metrics .
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Experience automating operational processes and reducing TOIL.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
