As a Flooring & Design Sales Professional, you will join a supportive and growing team dedicated to helping customers transform their spaces. This full-time role offers a blend of inside and outside sales, working with walk-in clients and proactively building relationships with contractors, realtors, property managers, and local businesses. Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, identifying their project needs, budgets, and timelines
• Prepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals for flooring and design projects
• Provide expert design recommendations on flooring types, colors, patterns, and layouts
• Educate customers on the benefits, limitations, and maintenance of various flooring materials
• Actively network and engage with the community to generate new sales opportunities
• Track project status and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals
• Manage sample check-out procedures and maintain organized records
• Work some Saturdays as part of the regular schedule
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring sales, interior design, or home improvement
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and floor plans
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in using a tape measure for precise job site measurements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Basic computer skills

Compensation

This position offers a base salary of $42,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience , with additional commission opportunities. High performers can expect total compensation to exceed $100,000 with experience and training.
