Position Summary
We are seeking AI Compiler Engineers across multiple experience levels, from New Graduates to Senior Principal Engineers, to support a leading semiconductor client developing next-generation AI compiler technology for advanced automotive platforms. These opportunities are ideal for professionals with experience in compiler engineering, machine learning, AI infrastructure, and hardware/software optimization who are interested in building high-performance compiler solutions for custom AI accelerators.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI compiler components across the full compiler stack.
• Develop compiler backend, frontend, graph optimization, and code generation capabilities.
• Build compiler infrastructure for neural network models targeting custom AI accelerators.
• Implement graph optimizations, operator fusion, memory optimization, and quantization workflows.
• Develop and optimize intermediate representations (IR) and compiler passes.
• Collaborate with AI, hardware, and software engineering teams to improve compiler performance.
• Optimize AI inference workloads for CNNs, Transformers, perception models, and other neural network architectures.
• Participate in hardware/software co-design for next-generation AI platforms.
• Contribute to compiler architecture, performance optimization, and production-quality software development.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for senior-level positions.

• Experience requirements vary depending on the level of the position, ranging from strong internship or academic experience for New Graduate roles to extensive technical leadership for Senior Principal opportunities.

Preferred :

• Experience with TensorRT, IREE, XLA, ONNX Runtime, or similar compiler frameworks.
• Experience with custom NPUs, AI accelerators, or hardware/software co-design.
• Knowledge of automotive AI applications such as ADAS, perception, or sensor fusion.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Open-source contributions to LLVM, MLIR, TVM, or similar projects.
• Publications or research in compiler systems, machine learning systems, or computer architecture.
• Experience with LLM optimization and modern AI inference frameworks.
