JobID: 3650 Position Type: Confidential/Administrative Assistant to the Director of Finance Date Posted: 4/16/2024 Location: New Oxford Central Office, New Oxford, PA Closing Date: 04/28/2024 Program: Business Services Description: This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating the daily administrative functions of the Business Services Department, providing administrative support to the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance. In addition to administrative functions, this position will have a strong focus on compiling accounting reports and analysis for the Director. Additional responsibilities include coordinating insurance issues, claims activity, and handling human resource forms for the Department. This position will monitor the Director's incoming communication of phone calls and calendar appointments. This position prepares correspondence using knowledge of the Director's views, philosophy and understanding of technical and business matters. The incumbent works with members of the Department in meeting department goals and objectives. Qualifications: - High School diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative assistant or business office experience preferred
- Must possess a strong knowledge of computer technical skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products, google applications and accounting software
- Must be highly organized and possess good communication skills
- Must be highly confidential at all times and act as a team player
- Must be flexible to work on multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
- Must be able to learn new skills and deal with constant change
Terms: Full-time, 260 days, 8 hrs/day Salary: Per Confidential agreement, min. $50,000, plus benefits - The LIU offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, including:
